Kenna’s Smoked Salsa
This is definitely one of my favorites and a very easy-to-make salsa recipe! Follow along with me and learn how to make the best smoked salsa recipe in my cookbook!

For this particular smoked recipe we are using our Masterbuilt Pro Series electric vertical smoker (LOVE our Masterbuilt). The smoker provides so much extra flavor that you just cant get anywhere else!
Ingredients:
4-5 Large Red Tomatoes
1 Large Red Onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper (Double if you would like more spice/take the seeds out if you would like less spice)
1 Serrano Pepper (Double if you would like more/take the seeds out if you would like less spice.)
7 Cloves of Garlic
1 bunch of Cilantro, usually use about 1 cup
Juice from 1-2 limes
Kosher Salt
Directions:
Preheat smoker 225 degrees .
Prep Veggies for smoker; apply oil and salt.
Put veggies in smoker for 45 min-2hrs, depending on smokiness preference.
Blend veggies, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
Taste.
Add more salt/cilantro/lime juice based on tasting preference.
