Best Way to Cook Salmon | Low and Slow Salmon Recipe

If you're looking for the best way to cook salmon, look no further! This low and slow salmon recipe is my favorite way to cook salmon. It's also the easiest way to cook salmon! A little bit of oil, a little salt, butter, garlic, & parsley...stick it in the oven at 225 for and hour and voila! A perfectly cooked salmon every time.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon

  • Garlic (minced)

  • Kosher Salt

  • Salted Butter (melted)

  • Parsley (chopped)

  • Pepper (Ground)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 225° F

  2. OPTIONAL: Lay a bed of parsley on your ban for the filets to nestle in. You don’t have to do this, but boy does it look pretty!

  3. Place salmon on your pan, skin side down.

  4. Lightly cover salmon in oil, then lightly salt the filets.

  5. Melt butter in small dish, then add minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and mix well.

  6. Pour mixture on top of each salmon filet, then stick in a preheated oven for 1 hour.

  7. Pull from oven and enjoy!!
